Shopify卖口罩会封号? 是的! Shopify已经开始对涉嫌“口罩价格欺诈”的卖家采取措施

国内的疫情阴霾逐渐散去，但是国外的疫情迎来了爆发。最近几天不少人在微信公众号上留言Shopify独立站是否可以卖口罩，这里统一回复：Shopify卖口罩可以，但是价格要是疫情发生之前的正常价格，否则会封号的。 刚刚有几位Shopify独立站卖家微信找我说自己的Shopify账户无法登陆了。排查了一遍之后，发现他们的网站有一个共同的特征 - 卖口罩了。有的打广告出单了，有的只是上架了产品，但是没有销售。我联系了Shopify的英文客服问了下，客服的回复很简单直接

同时，在Shopify论坛中，Shopify也发出了如下图所示的通知：
如果你的口罩价格是疫情之前正常的价格，那没有问题，否则就是价格欺诈，价格欺诈是违反了Shopify的AUP（Acceptable Use Policy）的。
目前Shopify针对“口罩价格欺诈”的卖家采取的行动，可能是先通过邮件发送提醒，或者先临时暂停掉你的Shopify账户。因此对于卖口罩或者测温计等等产品，尚未封号的卖家来说，应该尽快修改口罩类产品价格，或者下架口罩类产品。
已经封号的卖家，请再三查收你的邮箱，包括垃圾箱里面是否有Shopify官方发送的邮件标题为“Urgent: Temporary Account Suspension”类的邮件。并按照邮件内容的指示修改产品信息，然后回复邮件提交申诉。
没有收到邮件的再等等，或者直接联系Shopify英文客服（https://www.waimaob2c.com/shopify-kefu.html）处理。
和Shopify客服的聊天记录大致如下：

* WaimaoB2C: Just want to know can we sell face mask on shopify?
* Shopify Support: Hi 🙂 If you sell them for regular prices, as in the prices before the pandemic then yes. But price gouging is against our AUP。Yes it’s a temporary suspension taken to stop price gouging.

* WaimaoB2C: Thank you, can you tell me how to reopen their store? they want to login store and delete the products or change the prices
* Shopify Support: They need to respond to the email they received from our Risk Operations team.
* WaimaoB2C: I asked them to check email from Shopify, but they didn’t receive it, even in the spam
* Shopify Support: It will come shortly The subject is Urgent: Temporary Account Suspension
* WaimaoB2C: Ok, Thank you for your kindly help
